Ingleside Estate Hotel & Bungalows- Adults Only, Palm Springs

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, especially given my expectations. While the property is beautiful and has a nice pool area, my room situation was far from ideal, leading to a less than satisfactory experience. The service needs significant improvement, and the restaurant's dress code inconsistency was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even providing a complimentary bottle of champagne. While I enjoyed the attentive service, I noted that some amenities have changed over the years, which might disappoint long-time visitors. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
