Ingleside Estate Hotel & Bungalows- Adults Only Palm Springs, Palm Springs

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing, especially given my expectations. While the property is beautiful and has a nice pool area, my room situation was far from ideal, leading to a less than satisfactory experience. The service needs significant improvement, and the restaurant's dress code inconsistency was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The charm and intimacy of the place made our anniversary weekend special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even providing a complimentary bottle of champagne. While I enjoyed the attentive service, I noted that some amenities have changed over the years, which might disappoint long-time visitors. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
